Executive's Words

Since it's established in 1992, BO-JIANG Technology has received solid support from its shareholders and support from fellow industry veterans and vendors. Through the hard work of its employees in continuing to improve production processes and quality and by updating its producing procedures and techniques, BO-JIANG seeks to expand its sales market. Our pursuit for growth has lead to great achievements. Allowing BO-JIANG to join the ranks of first-class connector manufacturers worldwide.

I firmly believe that the staff is enterprise's most important assets. Sincerely creating good working conditions for employees is the driving force behind business development. Our market goal is to establish a mutually trust and beneficial foundation by the fulfillment of our customers’ requirements, while earning a reasonable profit.

BO-JIANG consists of a group of energetic young people full of dreams. They continue to uphold the standards of high quality coaxial cable connectors and adaptors, and, through good communication and cooperation between the various departments, allow our products to pass from design, testing, verification, mass production, quality control, to distribution, all under strict quality control. Not only are our products consistent in quality, but are delivered swiftly and timely as well. Under strict cost control and the insistence of quality and efficiency, we continually achieve great results. In addition to steady growth of annual sales, BO-JIANG has received ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification. BO-JIANG products have received uniform recognition and praise from domestic and international customers.

In recent years, in order to satisfy the expanding market demand, BO-JIANG has speeded up the construction of modernized facilities, purchase new software, hardware, and automated equipment, and has simultaneously heavily invested in training programs and promoted employee benefits. Under mutual trust, respect, and benefits, BO-JIANG successfully integrated suppliers from all levels, establishing a cooperative supply chain. By doing this we hope to raise competitiveness and provide customers with more complete and diverse products, comprehensive before-sell serve and after-sale service, and step towards the goal of becoming a first-class professional connector manufacturer.

BO-JIANG which is based in Taiwan maintains its ambitious spirit of steady practicality, positive innovation, and continued management in its plans for business expansion. On a global perspective, BO-JIANG'S market has been extended to dozens of countries within Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Australia. Presently, in addition to strengthening and developing the international market, we plan on attending various international electronics exhibits to increase business opportunities by direct contact with customers. At the same time, we will seek technical collaboration with large international manufacturers, and eventually set up satellite locations in Europe, the Americas, and China to provide customers with more rapid and convenient service.

In this age of constant innovation, the survival of a business depends not on flashy thinking, but a complete and definite ability for execution. Only with practicality and diligence, combined with high technology, high quality, extreme precision, hard work, and dedication can a business continue to operate and develop. I would like to again thank fellow industry veterans and suppliers for their continued support, instruction from academia, and former colleagues, who have all contributed to BO-JIANG is success, with my highest respect and gratitude. It is due to your support and contributions that we were able to establish our foundation.

To current colleagues, let us hold onto the same hopes and dreams, and work together to make BO-JIANG ever-evolving, mature, and growing, to be able to face any challenges the future may bring. I am grateful to you all, BO-JIANG is lucky to have you. We welcome people from everywhere with the same hopes, ideas, and goals to join us and contribute to the field of connectors. I am confident that, in the future, under the hard work of its employees and with the support of shareholders, BO-JIANG Technology can continue to maintain its steady growth, to shine in the marketplace, and step towards a new era.
